The COWINS & CSU State Entity Agreement lays the foundation for a Labor Management Committee where union members can meet with management about ongoing issues in CSU. The mutual goal for our LMC is to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency by promoting trust, fairness, and open communication between
employees and the State.
COWINS members will be nominating fellow members to serve on the CSU Labor Management Committee from April 19th to April 30th.
CSU Campus Agreements
Since August 2023, Colorado WINS members working on the Fort Collins and Pueblo campuses had been bargaining with Colorado State University for better working conditions.
